Move ciftypes directly into the data
Change from NXcifcat, NXcifcol, NXcifsf to category, column, saveframe
Change from "all" to "data" and use data[n] instead of n for a row
Handle one row columns as "data" rather than "0" or "data[0]"  refs #90
