 A colleague reported to me a compilation problem with Microsofts VC. The
 issue were a couple of
 non-ANSI C constructs in the NAPI code. Which the bleeding edge gcc does
 not notice. I fixed this.
 At least I hope so. This ticket is just for committing against...
