 Mark,

 Th tcl without python issue should now be fixed in the latest branch kit

 The rc3.tar file appears to contains the various dmc* files for
 "test/data" - can you provide some more information on your problem of
 missing files?

 I'll post a general question about the JAVA as it raises other issues
