 Hi,

 when trying to build NAPI on Tru64 unix I encountered some build problems:
 - int64_t and uint64_t are missing in napiconfig.h
 - The natvie C code for the Java-bindings needs to be built with the
 -pthread option. This is
   missing. Again.
