 (In [962]) This introduces the first rough draft of the cbf2nx.c
 conversion
 program to map CBF files into pseudo-NeXus files.  Be warned
 that the XML output goes into an infinite loop on the actual
 image.  Use the hdf output until this is resolved. refs #90
