 There seems to be a problem with links and HDF4 files... the target path
 is not getting set correctly and seems to have repeated items in it. I
 found a problem in NXIbuildPath() which i think i have fixed, but
 nxconvert still seems to have issues.

 Mark, i'd be grateful if you could take a look
