 Mark,

 I have 1.5.5 on the server so it could be a doxygen version issue - i'll
 try and change the configure script to be better. Is it just bindings/cpp
 that is causing problems or is the cpp code from the applications area
 also causing a problem?

 P.S. Personally I would add std:: everywhere as it makes things more
 explicit.
