 (In [1024]) The XML schema dateTime type is a subset of ISO8601 syntax -
 this update is to make NeXus compatible with this by using T as a
 date/time separator and adding a : to the timezone offset

 2003-05-07 10:20:13+0130 -> 2003-05-07T10:20:13+01:30
