 (In [1030]) Fix issues reported by Darren Dale
 * libtool 2.* not allowed
 * fortran build error (I think this was due to FC being defined system
 wide)
 * --datarootdir warning message with config.status for nxbuild.in

 Darren, could you please try the latest subversion trunk version
