 (In [990]) Add in support for table style data writing with XML
 Table output is enabled by opening a file with (NXACC_CREATEXML |
 NXACC_TABLE)

 The code is a bit untidy at the moment, but works and passes the napi
 testsuite.
 Writing in table style is only enabled for 1D arrays as
 I haven't coded slab writing yet (and the NeXus test program uses
 this for writing 2D arrays).
