 Using the IDL-API causes IDL to dump core on Linux.

 Moreover there is still a build issue: the build process builds a
 libNeXusIDL-API.so in the
 .libs directory. For reasons in IDL the library has to be called NeXus-
 IDL-API.so. This must
 be same as the dlm file.
