 (In [1175]) Fix XML global attributes for IDL test

 IDL test is still failing on  XML and HDF4
 * XML as print statement starts new line for long attributes (is there a
 way to force it not to start a new line with print in IDL?)
 * HDF4 with NXPUTDATA: ERROR: failure to write data to r4_data
