 At the ESRF HDF5 workshop in Grenoble 11-13 Jan 2010, a request was made
 to drop the raw copy of a CIF in a NeXus down one level.  The change that
 will be logged against this ticket will drop the CIF below an NXcif group,
 and make each datablock a datablock, rather than an NXentry
