 We obviously haven't got this right anyway. If I tell cmake to build
 without mxml it is still included in the build but it is not part of the
 installation later, even if it builds properly (i.e. your install image).
 For me it fails on mxml, so it doesn't make my build any easier

 As cmake could easily find an installed mxml and including third party
 stuff in bad practice I'll remove the mxml tree for the release.
