 If you click on Windows on the main nexusformat.org page you land here:

 http://download.nexusformat.org/kits/windows/

 That offers 4.2.0 (not even 4.2.1).

 If you go one level up (manually, I've found no link), you end up where is
 says 4.3.0 is release and there is a download link for Windows 32 and 64.
 However both directories are empty.
