 I was looking into nxingest from nexus toolkit 4.3.0.
 In my case the output is the same. No content of output file.
 Running debugger with nxingest I can see that mapping file is not
 parsing at all. Thus, either nxingest uses the mini-xml library in
 wrong way or there are bugs in the mini-xml library.
