 This ticket is in the wrong repository as it refers to documentation.

 However, this should be closed as "wontfix" since it is quite common for
 otherwise compliant NeXus data files to be written with a mix of upper and
 lower case.

 Scientists new to NeXus have often and easily challenged why such a rule
 would be imposed since it is not imposed by the underlying file structure.

 We should not make and impose a rule that will be broken routinely.
