[NeXus-committee] results on new member vote

I just added this to the swiki as well. All tree people were unanimously added. All three will be added to the mailing list, however Matthias Drochner cannot vote until I recieve an endorsement from his facility director as stated in the NIAC constitution.

It was also suggested that the overall membership (size and members) be discussed at the next NIAC meeting.
