[NeXus-committee] Neutron + Synchrotron news article

Hi everybody,

I have prepared a draft of an article for the Neutron + Synchrotron News 
magazines. I don't know if it is in the right vein or if it should be 
shorter/longer or whatever. It is attached in pdf, open and closed 
office formats. Please read and send comments.
