[NeXus-committee] next membership renewal vote

So here goes the confirmation vote for the next set of members that are due to expire.
As there are still a few renewals outstanding, I'd like to encourage people to send their support letters in soon, 
in order to minimise the number of online votes. This time it worked quite well.
