[NeXus-committee] Array attributes for group-level dimension assignment blocked by NAPI

Hi Everyone,
    I would like to implement the new method of assigning dimensions to 
data arrays by writing attributes at the group level that was voted for 
at the December 2014 NIAC. However, the NAPI currently doesn't allow it:

Can this receive some priority attention?
