As it happens, I've already created a dedicated INDICO category (within 
DESY's INDICO service) for NeXus:

     https://indico.desy.de/category/1080/

I think this covers the use-cases you mentioned (presenting current and 
future meetings, capturing presented material).  It also supports 
calendar integration.

So, perhaps we could use that?
