Hi Tobias
that sounds great to me. Sorry, I somehow missed the telco yesterday. The remainder for the event popped up
today morning ;)
We talked about this in the telco and came up with suggesting `darkfield` and `darkfield_exposure_time` as datasets in NXdetetcor.
Hi folks,
just because I stumbled upon this in a detector setup here at DESY: do we have a field in NXdetector where
to store a dark image? I could not find one but that does not necessarily mean that there is none ;)
We encountered this problem in the NXtomo application definition. We were told that in tomography dark and white

frame images come interleaved with the real data. Thus all images are stored in a 3D dataset nFrames, xdim, ydim and there

is an image_key[nFrames] array holding an integer which tells us what kind of frame the image is. See the NXtomo

application definition for more details.

I do not know if this scheme fits your application but if it does, I suggest to reuse it. Else I would consider a separate NXdetector

group for the dark images.
