Ensure the availability of full electronic participation in all formal NIAC meetings;</div><div> 2. When matters, such as filling officer vacancies, come up that the serving officers determine <br></div><div>should not wait for the next formal NIAC meeting, the serving officers have the option to propose an <br></div><div>e-meeting (which might overlap with a NIAC telco) subject to 2/3 approval of the proposed <br></div><div>e-meeting date and agenda via e-mail at least 2-weeks in advance of the proposed date. <p class="MsoNormal">Sounds like we have turned the teleconferences into NIAC meetings. It may not change the result, but voting on officers should happen after all eligible people have had the opportunity to nominate someone (or themselves) and a discussion,
if needed. Confirming a nominated facility representative, on the other hand, is more or less a formality. It could be a slippery slope to treat other decisions like that.
