Stuart Campbell has been nominated to represent the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) and

Tobias Richter</span> has been nominated to represent the European Spallation Source (ESS). <span>Raymond Osborn from Argonne National Laboratory has volunteered to serve another term on the NIAC as a non-facility representative.</span> We should therefore
vote on these matters.<br>
