Log:
redesigned the "type" names to make it easier to construct in XSLT and other scripts, yet visually identify the meaning.  Thus (for example), nx:NX_CHARtype becomes nx:type_NX_CHAR and nx:NXgeometryType becomes nx:type_NXgeometry
