revisions to match test/NXmonopd.xml example data file
moved NXsample, NXmonitor, and NXdata inside the NXentry group
removed local redefinitions of several groups defined in base_class NXDL files
Still puzzled over how to handle local variable used in several dimensions declarations
"definition" field to declare which NXDL to use when validating this file (consider making this an optional component in NXroot instead, absence would give default behavior/behaviour)
