Log:
 * for each class description, make the URL active (link to the URL as well as display it)
 * since the /nx:definition/@category tells base, application, or contributed, do not need an external Python program to build the URL to the NXDL file in the SVN repo.  But line spacing is sensitive in the XSLT so be careful!
