 (In [187]) Added NX_RANK as a simpleType to XSD (affects NXcrystal and
 NXfilter)
 Merged xslt/NXobject.xsd contents into base_classes/nxdl.xsd.  This adds
 simpleType definitions for NX_CHAR, NX_INT, and the like.
