 Run the attached program:

   $ python getunits.py -c */*.xml

 If we agree on [http://www.nexusformat.org/Units] most of these will be
 easy to convert to standard form.

 Derived SI units are here: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SI_derived_unit]

 I suggest leaving dimensionless blank, and number as number.
