 (In [180]) refs #15: still not ready:  problems with base="..."
 restrictions in field/enumeration elements, also need to figure out the
 include hierarchy, make group names conformant with Tech discussion today,
 replace use of NXobject.xsd with ../schema/NeXus.xsd and adapt
