 Can't do that.

 {{{doc}}} element is a simple type, can't have mixed content;
 {{{nxdl2docbook.xsl}}} will use DocBook's {{{literallayout}}} element to
 show that content.  The original intent was to use XSLT's {{{copy-of}}}
 element to show the {{{doc}}} element.  (Possible upgrade or think about
 for later.)
