 This ''should'' be easy.  Check the statements of the Licenses in the
 manual to see if they are shown correctly ("as the License says they
 should be shown").  Since the Licenses in Volume I (Appendix F) and Volume
 II (Appendix A) are generated from the same DocBook source, checking of
 the one should suffice for both.  Confirm this.
