 Most of this section is autogenerated from {{{nxdl.xsd}}}, either by XSLT
 or output (on-demand) graphics from oXygen XML editor.  Due to space
 constraints, some long lists of attributes have not been shown in the
 graphics.  They ''are'' described in the text.

 Ensure this chapter describes the NXDL language and does not leave out
 major details.  Editing of this chapter is a ''challenge'' since it uses
 XSLT to pull content from {{{nxdl.xsd}}}.  If there are deficiencies that
