 Recently, #93 defined the links in the sections of the manual that
 document each NXDL.  When a group is used, there is a link to that group's
 documentation.  In #93, the links were defined as URLs.  To make the
 documentation more self-contained, change those links to DocBook links.
 This allows the PDF file to be more self-sufficient (not need WWW access
 to go to the group's definition).
