 Review discussion with Chris Jacobsen and Francesco DeCarlo
  * suggest changing name to NXdata_exchange
   * may need iteration since this is one of the main intents of NeXus
   * how to differentiate
   * perhaps {{{NXexchange}}}?  Can the purpose be narrowed a bit to pick a
 better name?
  * need version attribute for data_exchange
  * change image_type to data_type and change to free-form text (like
 recent change to NXfilter)
  * improve examples to make clear
   * Write all data into data_exchange group
   * Make links from data_exchange to NeXus structures as needed
   * optional parts
