#116: need to define the delimiter(s) in the axes attribute

 The manual says the delimiter is either comma or colon while the comment
 in nxdl.xsd says the delimiter is white-space.  But, the type is NX_CHAR
 which says there is no rule at all.

 Needs a regexp to define the restriction.
