 Presently, it is possible to specify more than one group in an NXDL spec
 with the same {{{name}}} and {{{type}}} attributes.  This specifies a
 structure that is not allowed in an HDF file.  Rules should be constructed
 in {{{nxdl.xsd}}} to identify this situation as an error.
