New description:

 The example data from Soleil uses two classes, {{{NXsai_controller}}} and
 {{{NXtechnical_data}}}, to record various scalar items (metadata from the
 instrument).  Since the NeXus rules say not to use NX as a prefix unless
 the NIAC has approved it, then we need to create and approve these
 classes.  Both are used as base classes.
