New description:

 In the manual, the transform {{{xslt/nxdl2docbook.xsl}}} constructs URLs
 to class meta-DTD specifications currently on the NeXus wiki.  Since these
 will be phased out, we need to direct the links to the proper auto-
 generated manual pages.

 When the link is constructed, it is necessary to know if the NXDL points
 to a base class, application definition or a contributed definition.
