 NXsubentry is a base class virtually identical to NXentry.
 The intended use is to define application definitions for a multi-
 technique NXentry.  Previously, an application definition replaced NXentry
 with its own definition.  Since some instruments, particularly synchrotron
 X-ray instruments are demonstrating the use of multiple techniques for
 data collection (such as SAXS/WAXS), we need to define application
 definitions as children of NXentry.  Use a separate NXsubentry for each
 application definition.
