 Soft x-ray beamlines tend to feature a combination of mirror and grating.
 That allows for a degree of freedom in the setup that is usually described
 as a number: ''cff''

 That would need to be recorded in the NXmonochromator as it is neither a
 property of the mirror nor the grating alone.

 Soft x-ray people also have a mono exit slit that is an integral part for
 the performance. That needs to be included as well.
