New description:

 Check the Index in both Volume I and in Volume II.  The page numbers (or
 HTML links) are automatically generated so that aspect should be OK (and

 Check:

  * obvious other places are also identified
  * important major topics show up in the index
  * categorization is sensible

 Note that some index entries (Vol II, NXDL chapter) are autogenerated.
