New description:

 Goal for this section is to teach newcomers how to use NeXus.  There are
 two aspects:
  * data files
  * NXDL specifications

 Seems that the WONI case study reaches both.

 Ensure this chapter can be a tutorial on both.  If it looks as if this
 chapter would grow significantly, a brief tutorial could be given here
 with more depth in Volume II.

Comment:

 The WONI tutorial is targeted to writing NXDL specifications.  The chapter
 label for this content should be changed.  There is too much info for a
 tutorial chapter.

 The goal for newcomers is to learn how to read NeXus data files and then
 how to write NeXus data files.  Just this and the initial goal is
 satisfied.
