Comment (by Pete Jemian):

 The final disposition of these two classes has two possibilities:

  1. Leave {{{NXsai_controller}}} and {{{NXtechnical_data}}} as
 ''contributed definitions''.  Can they be so marked?
  1. Convince the group at Soleil that these classes are redundant with
 existing NeXus base clasees and to switch to those existing standard
 classes.
