 The epub build of the manual is low quality.  The most obvious problem is
 that code examples are hopelessly fractured from any associated line
 numbering.

 Most tablet readers can open PDF files anyway of hit the main web page.
 The loss is minimal.  A valiant effort but no real problems to drop this.
