Final call to 1.2.0

I would like to tag the current version of NAPI to 1.2.0 this weekend, so 
that we can announce a new release.  I will keep the old one (v 1.1.0) in a
gzipped tar file on the ftp server.  We haven't updated the version numbers
in napi.h, napif.inc and NXmodule.f90 yet, but apart from that, we're ready
in my opinion.  However, I would really appreciate it if you are able to
test the new test routines on whatever compilers you have available so that
we don't announce a dud.
