Attached is a whitepaper describing a tool similar to NXconvert suggested by Mark Koennecke. The format of the whitepaper and tasks for NXtranslate to fulfill borrow heavily from NXconvert. One of the major differences is that NXtranslate is designed to convert from *anything* to compliant NeXus.
