[Nexus-developers] NAPI 3.0 Release

Now that a number of the XML related issues have percolated out
through the ISIS bugzilla, is there consensus that we have the goods
to proceed ahead with the 3.0 release? If so, might I suggest next
Friday as the real "release" day?
