[Nexus-developers] Subversion repository commit policy

The NeXus subversion server now enforces the "all commits must reference
an open ticket" policy i.e. there must be an outstanding problem or task
in the issue reporting system that your changes refer to. This linking
is accomplished by embedding special commands in the log message
attached to the commit - for details see the "Committing Changes"
section on http://www.nexusformat.org/SubversionServer
